A 20% non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure an appointment. Full payment is due at the time the service is provided. We accept cash, check, debit, HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards.

INSURANCE
We are In-Network providers for United Healthcare, Cigna, Oscar, and AvMed.
For Out of Network insurance, on request, Let's Flourish Psychology will provide you a "Superbill" (an itemized receipt of services) for possible reimbursement. Many insurance companies do not cover psychoeducational testing, and those who do may only reimburse a portion of the costs. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to determine benefits.
